1 Acceptance of Terms

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the vjl platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

9 Limitation of Liability

Closure by You: You may request the closure of your vjl account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawals will be processed and any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

Closure by vjl: vjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

Any dispute arising between you and vjl Casino that cannot be resolved through our internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
